3 cloves fresh garlic(roasted)
6oz of tomato paste
3 cups of water
2tbs chili powder
2 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs of minced dried onion
Tbs sugar

AVOCADO RANCH
3/4 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup of buttermilk
Half of a large avocado
2 tsp fried parsley or fresh
2 tsp fresh dill or dried
2 tsp fresh chives or dried
2 tsp garlic powder
Juice of 2 fresh limes
Tbs of vinegar

CINNABON DELIGHTS
2.5 Tbs Warm water
1.5 oz Sugar
2.5 oz buttermilk
1 Egg beaten in buttermilk
1oz shortening
8 oz Bread flour
Tsp salt

Filling For “Cinnabon Delight”
2 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar ( start with one cup, may end up too sweet for you)
Tsp Vanilla extract
Tortilla dough for crunch wrap, cheesy Gordita crunch
2 cups white flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup melts butter
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 cup of hot water ( don’t add the whole amount, just enough until it comes together)

Tortilla dough for the Mexican ( I really like this one)
2 cups white flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tsp salt
3 or 4 tbs of melted butter
1/2 cup of hot water (add only until it comes together)

Chalupa dough or (fry bread)
2 cups Bread flour
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbs shortening
1/2 or 1 cup of warm water

Taco meat
1/2 of the Taco bell seasoning
1# ground beef

Enchilada sauce
4 tbs oil
4 tbs chili powder
6 0z tomato sauce
2 cups water

Taco Bell seasoning
2 Tbs Flour
2 tbs paprika
2 tbs chili powder
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs onion powder
1 tbs cayenne
1 tbs sugar
Cheese Sauce
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
1/2 cup milk
8 oz cheese
