Corn Tortillas

2 cups masa harina
1 1/2 cup warm water (see video for consistency)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbs oil

Cilantro Lime Sauce
half of an avocado
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 handful of cilantro stem and all
2 jalapenos (take out seeds if you don't like the spice)
juice of 1 lime juice
pinch of salt + peppa

Pickled onion or red cabbage
1 whole onion or half an of a red cabbage
1/2 cup water
2/3 cups vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Fish batter
2 cups flour
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 or 1/2 Mexican beer , check video for consistency
