Vintage Cheddar at 1 Year Old Taste Test

Made in early July 2016, this Vintage Cheddar is now a year old. It was high time I gave the piece I was saving in the cheese cave a good taste and melting test. The verdict is in; it is amazing, one of the best cheeses I have tasted this year. Full flavour, sharp and crumbly, this vintage cheddar cheese is to die for!
