Cheddar Cheese 3 Month Update - A Scary Halloween Surprise!

Interesting things happened to the cheese at 3 months and it's particularly apt that it's Old Hallows Eve! This is certainly the cheese update to match the occasion.

I noticed that it had started to become soft to touch in one area, so I decided to cut open the cloth to inspect the cheese. You will be amazed at what I found and what I've decided to do!
