Want a super fast HIIT Circuit that you can do with no equipment, to help burn fat and increase endurance? Follow along with Master Trainer Annik Nayler-Grage as she guides you through this quick Tabata Circuit Workout.

This fast, and challenging HIIT Workout consist of Jab-Cross, Leap Frogs, knee taps then lastly 180's.

Do this for 3 rounds, 20 sec on with 10 sec rest and repeat for as many times as you can for a fast fat burning workout.
