Sutra- & Jala-Neti

"Twist a thick cord out of thin, fine cotton thread; soak one side in wax through and through. Get up early and use this cord to thrust it up your nose, draw it down your throat, then out of your mouth, pulling it back and forth. This done daily you are free from all diseases of the nose, the ears and the teeth, and your eyes will be sparkling bright."
