Although we live in a society that is more vocal about mental health than it used to be, there are still many men that find it very hard to open up about their feelings, like Chrissy’s real life story guest, singer EWood. After losing his voice and being unable to sing for a while, he went through severe depression and felt that he couldn’t open up for fear of being judged.
Shedding more light on why men in particular find it difficult to open up and ask for help is our resident Psychologist Dr Audrey Tang.

Nutritionist Hannah Richards shows us us to make a scrumptious and healthy breakfast bowl because eating the right food can lift our mood, and News Correspondent Helena Chard brings positive reports in this week’s A Helping of Happy

Family coach Sharon Lawton gives some tips on how to get the little boys in our family to be open about how they feel and Dr Rob Hicks answers your medical questions including one from a viewer who has been suddenly waking up from their sleep gasping for breath.

And to finish off, we have our workout of the week with Natalia Kotowska and Coach Chris Browne gives tips on how we can be assertive in the workplace.

The Chrissy B Show airs on SKY 191 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10pm. We are the the UK's ONLY TV show dedicated to mental health and wellbeing.
