Ingredients:

yolk 8 xl ( 166 grams)
sugar 1/2 cup (100 grams)
oil 1/2 cup
water 1 cup vanilla 1 tsp

cake flour 2 1/2 cup (310 grams)
baking powder 1 tbsp ( 10 grams)
salt 1/4 tsp

eggwhites 8 xl (298 grams)
sugar 1/2 cup (100 grams)
cream of tartar 1 tsp (or lemon juice )

Flavoring:

1 tbsp strawberry
1 tbsp mango

Toppings:

strawberry 500 grams
mango 3 large

White chocolate ganache: (optional)

white chocolate 150 grams
cream 50 grams

Place it in microwave for 60 seconds. 30 seconds interval mix until the chocolate melts.
You can also do this in a double boiler.

whipped cream icing:

whipping cream 3/4 cup (anchor)
powder 1/2 cup
cream cheese 1 cup (optional)
or
everwhip 2 cups
powder 1/2 cup
powder milk 1/4 cup
(beat all together until stiff peaks)

Baking time: 45-50 minutes (160°c )
