Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
rice flour 2 1/2 cup ( 410 grams)
glutinous rice flour 1 1/2 cup ( 144 grams)
all purpose flour 1 cup ( 125 grams)
baking powder 3 3/4 tbsp ( 39 grams)
salt 1 /2 tsp ( 4 grams)
instant dry yeast 1 tbsp (10 grams)
white sugar 1 cup (200 grams)
Liquid ingredients:
margarine 7 tbsp (90 grams) melted
water 1 cup
evaporated milk 1 cup
coconut cream or milk 2 cups
egg 7 large (385 grams)
cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cup (cut into cubes)
Toppings:
salted egg 4 large
grated coconut
grated cheddar cheese
muscovado sugar or brown sugar
melted butter
Moulder size: 6 inches
banana leaves
tin can 6x2
Baking time: 15 minutes plus 25-35 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
Oven temperature: 160°c
