Transport:
A number of buses travel along the No.14 Provincial HIghway where the closest bus station to the trailhead is located.
These include:
6875 Nantou (南投) to Puli (埔里)
6653 Caotun (草屯) to Atayal Resort (泰雅渡假村)
6655 Caotun (草屯) to Daping (大坪)

Alight at Pinglin (坪林) stop and the trailhead is around a 15-20 minute walk.
