Easiest Way to Become a More Valuable Person

How does one become a person of higher value? It’s not as difficult as you think.

First and foremost, you MUST start to see yourself as a person of value. You cannot expect others to value you if you don’t value yourself first. The second is education. Educate yourself on many different things. Become a learning machine where every opportunity you have to learn something new, do it. You will then show up in conversations with more to offer others in terms of experience and insight.

Get a job you like!! If you hate your job, the only thing you’ll be able to connect with other people on is hating your job as well. Find something you’re interested in and pursue a career in that. Explore it! Gain experience. You never know what doors will open up for you to go through next.

Find a mentor! Get people to teach you what they know. Humble yourself and ask people to learn what they’ve spent years, and possibly decades learning. Be interested in others! People love talking about themselves, give them that opportunity and they will instantly value you more.
