WARM UP AND COOL DOWN
I have not included any warm up or cool down in this video. However I advise that you do this before and after your hula hoop workout.

WHICH HOOP?
This is great workout for using a heavy dance hoop. I’m using a 100cm diameter dance hoop with 25mm thickness tubing, 620g.
