CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN

Recipe :

- 1 & 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 60g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk (whole or buttermilk is preferred)
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Tips:

1. Bake using regular size muffin tins
2. Divide the batter equally into 6 muffins mold/cups
3. Bake at 218c for 5 minutes, then lower the temperature to 190c and continue baking for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
