MALAYSIAN TEPUNG PELITA

Tepung pelita is a malaysian pandan and coconut milk custard that is very easy to make and worth every bite. The traditional tepung pelita need to be steam but this recipe does NOT require steaming or baking method.Its is very easy and a very delicious dessert.

Recipe :

Pandan layer :

- 3 pandan leaves ( blend with 1/3 cup water)
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 tsp lime water
- 6 drops of green colouring

Coconut milk layer :

- 500ml fresh coconut milk
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
