Cheap Groceries ($30) for a Week | Cheap Food Challenge

My boyfriend and I spent only $60 total ($30 each) on a week of groceries! Did we survive? What did we eat? If you have ideas for future challenges for me/us, let me know!

Meals we cooked and ate:
7 bean soup
whole wheat bread
curried cauliflower and carrots with rice (Video here: https://youtu.be/J0vL-ZQ2X38)
baked chicken and rice (and peas)
Greek pasta salad
eggs with potatoes
butter chicken (Video here: https://youtu.be/NFO9B2H1Rzc)
Pasta with tomato sauce (Video here: https://youtu.be/W6TOjtQ5qnE)
Cabbage salad with homemade dressing, chickpeas, and eggs
Juice and soda
tea
Bananas
Free popcorn from our friends

Joshua typically eats 2 meals per day, whereas I eat 3. Since we came out with 83 cents to spare, however, he could have easily eaten a bunch of potatoes with that money to equal the volume and type of foods I ate for my breakfasts, so I doubt that I personally went over $30 (and if I did, not by much.)

[INGREDIENT AMOUNTS]

Winco purchases that week: (* = I didn't eat 100% of what I thought I'd eat of that ingredient)
All 10 chicken thighs
*1.25 cups cream (7/8 cup for tea and 3/8 cup for butter chicken) - I only drank 1 cup cream because it's not a full 2 TBS of cream per cup of tea - $0.28 in savings
Half gallon organic milk
1/4 5 lb bag russet potatoes
1 pound kielbasa sausage
*9 eggs (I ate all but 1 egg white) - each egg was $0.105, so about $0.03 in savings
2 liter jug juice
1.5 cups dried mixed beans
*1 12 oz can evap milk (I only drank 7/8) - $0.11 in savings
*3 onions (I left half an onion) - $0.20 in savings
1 tbs black pepper
2 tbs curry powder
1.5 cups chickpeas
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch bananas
1 large sweet potato
1 turnip
1 lemon
The rest of the juice I already made (about 60 cents worth)
