$10 Grocery Week ($40 Month | Week 1)

I spent $40 at Winco and bought enough food for a whole month! Really! This is what I cooked for Week 1. I only spent $10.04 on this week, for 1900 calories a day. No processed food!

I bought all whole foods (nothing processed) so it's also rather healthy, and I bought enough so that if you're on a 2000 calorie diet, you will not go hungry!

This plan is great because you:
-only have to shop once per month and your food doesn't go bad
-meal-prep and batch-cook to save time in the kitchen
-feel full and nourished
-save money
