Arm Slimming Exercises | Get Rid Of Big Biceps | Reduce Arm Fat | Slim Arms in 30 Day

Week 1-2:

1.Push-ups: Get into a high plank position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your legs extended behind you. Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your sides, until your chest is just above the ground. Push back up to the starting position. Aim for 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.

2.Tricep dips: Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair or bench with your hands gripping the edge beside your hips. Extend your legs out in front of you and slide your butt off the edge. Lower your body by bending your elbows until your upper arms are parallel to the ground, then push back up to the starting position. Aim for 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.

Week 3-4:

1.Bicep curls: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a pair of dumbbells or water bottles in your hands, palms facing forward. Keep your upper arms stationary and curl the weights or bottles toward your shoulders, contracting your biceps. Lower the weights or bottles back down and repeat for 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.

2.Tricep kickbacks: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a pair of dumbbells or water bottles in your hands. Bend your knees slightly and hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight. Extend your arms straight back, squeezing your triceps, then bring them back to the starting position. Aim for 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
