Exercises to Reduce Biceps Fat | 8 Min Perfect Workout to Reduce Arm And Shoulder Fat at Home

If you're looking to reduce biceps fat and tone your arms and shoulders, incorporating specific exercises into your routine can help you achieve your goals. Here's an 8-minute workout that you can do at home to target your biceps, arms, and shoulders:

1.Push-ups: Get into a high plank position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your legs extended behind you. Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your sides, until your chest is just above the ground. Push back up to the starting position. Push-ups engage your biceps, triceps, and shoulders, helping to reduce arm fat and build strength.

2.Bicep curls: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a pair of dumbbells or water bottles in your hands, palms facing forward. Keep your upper arms stationary and curl the weights or bottles toward your shoulders, contracting your biceps. Lower the weights or bottles back down and repeat for a set of reps. Bicep curls specifically target and tone the biceps.

3.Tricep dips: Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair or bench with your hands gripping the edge beside your hips. Extend your legs out in front of you and slide your butt off the edge. Lower your body by bending your elbows until your upper arms are parallel to the ground, then push back up to the starting position. Tricep dips target the back of your arms and help in reducing arm fat.

4.Shoulder presses: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a pair of dumbbells or water bottles at shoulder level, palms facing forward. Press the weights or bottles overhead until your arms are fully extended, then lower them back down to shoulder level. Shoulder presses work the muscles in your shoulders and arms, helping to reduce fat and build strength.

Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps or duration, and repeat the circuit for 8 minutes. Remember to start with weights or bottles that are appropriate for your fitness level and gradually increase as you progress.
