Waist And Abdominal Exercises | 8min Perfect Workout To Reduce Belly Fat, Slim Waist at Home

1.Plank: Get into a push-up position with your forearms on the ground, elbows directly beneath your shoulders, and legs extended behind you. Keep your body in a straight line from head to toe and hold the position for as long as you can. Planks engage your core muscles, including your abs and waist.

2.Russian twists: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat. Lean back slightly, lift your feet off the floor, and clasp your hands together. Twist your torso from side to side, touching your hands to the floor on each side. This exercise targets your obliques, which are the muscles on the sides of your waist.

3.Bicycle crunches: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind your head. Lift your shoulder blades off the ground and bring your right elbow towards your left knee while extending your right leg. Repeat on the other side, bringing your left elbow towards your right knee. Bicycle crunches engage your entire abdominal area, including your obliques.

4.Side plank: Lie on your side with your forearm on the ground, elbow directly beneath your shoulder, and legs extended. Lift your hips off the ground, creating a straight line from head to toe. Hold the position for as long as you can, then switch to the other side. Side planks work your obliques and help strengthen and tone your waist.
