30 Minute Total Body Superband Workout

Grab a superband and let's get to work! This superband workout targets the entire body. Besides a band, you will also need a bench or chair and a mat. Make sure your band is light enough to where you could atleast perform 15 standing tricep extensions. If your band is super light, you may want to perform some of these exercises standing when I am kneeling.
