Ingredients
======================================
(makes 11)

For the hot water dough:
750g all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
60g vegetable oil
350cc 90˚c hot water
90cc room temperature water

pastry for the dough:
70g all purpose flour
70g vegetable oil

Filling for the dough:
pastry
110g scallions, finely chopped
Q.S. salt/ground black pepper/white sesame seeds

Note:
====
Scallions can be increased to 240g if you prefer more jam-packed scallions.
