12-3-30 Treadmill Workout For A Week | Workout with Me| Lauren Giraldo Workout

Hey everyone 👋🏽 !

I just want to start off by saying that I’m not a PT or fitness guru lol. I have seen so many videos all over social media about doing the 12-3-30 treadmill challenge and wanted to try it myself for a week straight.
The first 3 days are definitely the hardest if you aren’t really a treadmill person but then it’s like your body automatically gets used to it & it start to become a routine. I think I will definitely be doing this more often in my workouts to be honest.
While there were no significant drastic changes during the week I feel that doing this the whole month can bring some type of change to your body. The key is to not hold on to the treadmill which is more challenging than you think. After the week I felt stronger, tighter, and overall happy.
