The workshop was conducted by Science/ STEM Education Consultant Dr. Diana Wehrell-Grabowski. 40 individuals were introduced to the Maker Movement & Culture, establishing a Makerspaces, Makerspace creation stations etc. During the workshop participants had the opportunity to reverse engineer a gadget, explore a wide-array of materials and kits often used in Makerspaces, Fab Labs etc. Additionally, participants were able to view a 3D printer in action, chat with a Tiki artist, and check out tools he uses in carving Tiki's.
