Glue Activation:
- Banded Glute bridges + abduction 1x15
- Single leg glute bridges 1x15 per leg
- Straight leg kick backs 1x20 per leg

Butt tap squats 3x12
Sit to stand squats 3x10
................
Landmine squat to press 3x12
Single leg deadlifts 3x12 per leg
Bulgarian lunge + bicep curl 3x12 per leg
....................
Cable Kick Backs: 3 sets
Straight leg x 10 reps
into Bent knee x 8 reps
.....................
Kneeling squat to bench jump with cable row 3x8
Cable deadlift + bent over row 3x12
.....................
Cable Curtsey Lunge + single arm row 3x10 per side
Hip Thrusts 3x12
.....................
3 sets - Walking Plank (8 steps) + 5 squat jumps
1x 1 min plank with battle rope (change arms every 10 reps)
