✔️ Hydrating Wash Day Routine for Type 4 Hair:
1. Prepoo (detangle with conditioner + separate hot oil treatment)
2. Exercise (for “steam” oil treatment)
3. Shampoo (cleanse)
4. Deep condition (moisturize / repair)
5. Styling products. Either an all-in-one, or leave-in, cream, oil (LCO)
6. Twist
7. Wait 1-2 days (time to dry)
8. Twist out

Last flat iron - April 2019
Big chop - December 19, 2019 (home hack job), further chop February 7, 2020 (salon)
Hair characteristics - low porosity, high density, coarse strands

1. Prepoo (detangle with conditioner + separate hot oil treatment)
2. Exercise (for “steam” oil treatment)
3. Shampoo (cleanse)
4. Deep condition (moisturize / repair)
5. Styling products. Either an all-in-one, or leave-in, cream, oil (LCO)
6. Twist
7. Wait 1-2 days (time to dry)
8. Twist out
