Plant-based dinner | Tofu, cauliflower salad, and Palmini | Cook with me!!

Hi, and welcome to my channel!

I very passively started exploring plant-based eating a couple months ago. To me, however, that meant meat just 3 or so times a week, fist 1-2. That already made no sense.

After watching like 7 documentaries (and I’m taking a nutrition course to better serve my channel 😊), I’m getting increasingly committed. This week in particular I will not have any meat. next week will be meat free and dairy free, with perhaps a little seafood. Maybe.

Anyway! this is my first meal of the week, and i wanted to make sure it was PURE plant-based. Looked through fridge and pantry, and here’s what I came up with. Hope you enjoy the video, hope you enjoy the meal if you try it. We actually loved it. And I say "actually" because we are meat eaters through and through, and (surprisingly) enjoyed every last bite.
