BURPEE

Start the exercise by standing on the floor.

The athlete jumps or steps back to lie on the ground. The chest, abdomen, hips must touch the ground at the bottom. From this position, the athlete can step or jump to their feet.

Repulsion from the floor must be carried out with two legs at the same time. When jumping, you must fully straighten the knees, palms touching each other over your head. The flight phase should be clearly visible.

Each movement starts from a standing position on the floor. Burpee "Superman" not Allowed!
