Sahibi Kriya Master Your Domain
We can often become off kilter, off balance in our body/mind both physically, mentally and energetically. Being aware of this imbalance is a large part of the solution. We have so many tools available to us to bring us back to balance. One of the primary tools I use is Yoga! More specifically, Kundalini yoga. Join me in this potent practice to balance the body/mind and strengthen the core navel center and bring us more fully into neutral mind.
