Glutes and Adductor Workout | 3 Minute Transformation Circuit

A different #3MinuteTransformationCircuit this week is here! It's all about strengthening the glutes and inner thighs.
1 min Pelvic rise
1 min Glute exercise
1 min Adductor diamond
Just 3 basic exercises that are super effective to loose as well as to tone and strengthen your glutes and inner thighs. Ideally the circuit has to be done 3×3 times for better results. Repeat this for the week and try to achieve a better form and continuity. Don't forget to breathe. You are allowed to take a couple of breaks in between that last for 5-10 seconds but try to push through without stopping!
Also, if you experience an unnatural pain in the back or anywhere else, stop the exercise and check for your form or ask me a question and I will try to be prompt in replying.
