5 Stretches for a Sendentary lifestyle

5 simple stretches that you can practise on your BED to release all the stiffness from long hours of work!

Make sure that you breathe well and 'Allow' your body to stretch. Don't panic if it pains and hold every pose for at least 10-15 seconds before going to the next one.

People living a sedentary lifestyle often have stiffness and pain in their spine and hips due to long hours of working on laptops and it gets really important to make sure that it is released before those areas become weaker. Hence, I am sharing with you these really basic stretches that you can practise after waking up or before sleeping and the best part is that you don't need to leave your bed for this! It will literally take you 2 minutes to relax and maintain the mobility of your body.
