¾ cup rolled oats, blended to flour
½ cup ground almonds

100g silken tofu
⅓ cup coconut cream (from chilled tin)
1 tsp lime zest
Juice of 1 small lime
3 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
1 tbsp melted refined coconut oil
👉 Press base → blend & pour topping → fridge 3+ hrs → slice!
Stores 5 days in fridge.
