1. 21 Exercises Performed in Tri-sets (7 Rounds)
2. Each Round lasts for 2 Minutes w/ 60 Sec Between Rounds
3. 7 Reps of Each Exercise For As Many Rounds as Possible
4. Duration: 21:00 - 60 Second Finishers at the End

1. RDLS
2. Shrugs
3. Shoulder Press

1. Dead Rows
2. Sumo Squats
3. Wide Grip Push-Ups

1. Clean Pull - L
2. Clean Pull - R
3. Reverse Grip Rows
Tri-set 5:
1. Incline Chest Press
2. Lateral Lunge - L
3. Lateral Lunge - R
Tri-set 6:
1. Modified Burpees (no push-up)
2. Bicep Curls
3. Overhead Tricep Ext
Tri-set 7:
1. Squat Hops
2. Leg Lift w/ Hip Thrust
