Can you take the Venus de Milo and sculpt it into a different piece of art? Or make a table out of it?
Recycle, an art duo from Krasnodar, kicked off their career with the idea of recycling art as a whole. Gradually combing through the history of art, the artists "recycled" artworks from various eras, including the Renaissance, and ultimately turned towards the future. In their sculptures and installations, enhanced by augmented reality objects and figures, the duo explores similarities and differences among spiritual, material and virtual words, eternal life, fragility and freedom of people online.
