INGREDIENTS:
🔹 16 ounce package of frozen phyllo dough, thawed in its package
🔹 1 egg, whisked in 1 cup of milk
🔹 1 cup extra virgin olive oil ((I used Early Harvest Greek EVOO)
For the meat filling
🔹 1 cup chopped onions
🔹 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
🔹 1 ½ teaspoon baharat
🔹 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🔹 Salt and pepper
