DIY Stainless Steel Pulpit, Stanchions & Pushpit - 23ft Sharpie Build V57
From CAD drawing to polished completion — in this episode I design, bend, and electro-polish the stainless steel tubing for the pulpit, stanchions, and pushpit on my 23ft (7m) Sharpie sailboat.
This Sharpie yacht is my own design, built with a lightweight Paulownia timber core and rigged with a modified Ljungström rotating mast rig. With Christmas as my launch goal, I’m keeping the momentum up — each job gets a time slot, and I move on whether it’s finished or not. Efficiency over perfection (for now)!
Follow along as I take stainless fabrication from digital design to shining reality — part of the final push to get this yacht ready to sail!
