FISH WITH MAYO RECIPE | EASY AND YUMMY

2 pcs. Calamansi
Salt (1 tsp. per kilo of fish)
Mayo or 1:1 Mayo and Creamdensada = a total of 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese or grated Cheddar Cheese
Pickle Relish 1 tablespoon
Raisins
Sweet Bell Pepper (julienne sliced or pahaba)
Salted Egg (quartered)
Sibuyas Dahon/Onion leaves
