How to cook Drunken Beef Stir fry with Snow Peas?
Good day mga Ka-Tagay! Here's another pulutan/ulam idea. Beef Stir Fry with Snow Peas.

Meat was tenderize using baking soda (1 tablespoon/1 kilo) for 4-6 hours prior to cooking. Make sure that you wash the meat after curing with baking soda for 3-5 minutes in running faucet water to rid off with the baking soda's bitter taste. Then marinate your beef using brandy or whiskey 2-3(max) tablespoons per kilo of beef. Use small amounts, because it's stronger than wine.

Brandy or Whiskey brings these flavors out in different dishes. It adds a good aroma to your dish and a distinct taste of your beef when cooked. If you're looking for a way to add some character to your same-old dishes, you can try this.

Now, go to your kitchen and marinate your meat. You may try shrimps, chicken or fish fillet to this same recipe instead of beef. But I suggest you try beef first using this recipe featured in this video show.
