Many invisible forces impact our relationships, from our social acculturation to our genetic predisposition to what we learned about the world from our parents. One of the most important of these is our Attachment Style.

Today we’re going to learn about Attachment Theory, the different kinds of attachment, how you can identify your attachment style, and what it all means for your relationships today as an adult.
