Polish Cabbage Rolls

Hey Everyone!
I am excited to share my family recipe with you all and i hope you enjoy it just as much as we do (-:
You need:
1 large cabbage ( about 2.5 to 3 pounds )
Large pot with water and 3 Tbls of salt to cook your cabbage for 1 Hour until its nice and tender and easy to pull the cabbage leafs of.
1 pond of ground beef of your choice. I used 93 % ground beef.
1 medium onion
8 oz of portobello mushrooms
Olive oil about 3Tbls to saute your onions and mushrooms .
1 1/2 cups of cooked rice .I cooked mine for 15 min and left some bite to it so it can absorb the flavors of the meat mixture.
1 egg
1 1/2 Tsp of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
I can ( Family size or 2 small cans ) of Condensed Tomato soup
Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours.
