How to do a Jigsaw on aerial hoop/Lyra tutorial. This is a nice Intermediate move. The most tricky part is the entrance of the move. It can be a bit confusing to find the positioning and really get your hip through the arms.
Don't worry if you don't have a flat split. Keep working on stretching your splits but don't wait for them to be flat before trying out your jigsaw.
