CRAZY PLANCHE PROGRESSION | 1,5 Years | @pigi_sw
Hello guys!
this is my very long journey to get the full planche.
I started on february 2019 without knowing the right progression, and i failed a lot trying to straddle planche without being strong enough. On april I started training tuck adv. holds, until i reached 20s hold On June. On July I had a great peak of strenght, and I almost got my first straddle planche, but after a week I lost all of my strenght. August was definitely shit. September too. On october I found a new way to recover strenght: free handstand pushups, and after some week of doing this exercise I finally got my first clean line straddle planche. But with no activations. Also, on November I almost got my first full planche, but I had to stop due to a bad back injury, and restarted on February 2020. Then I knew the methods to reabilitate my body and recover the lost strenght, and recovered in 1 month. during the quarantine I reached the max level of cleanness for my straddle planche, and learnt to press it to handstand. On May 2020, I got my first holden full planche, and my journey stops with 5s of a good form full planche, which I did in July.
