This video takes places after an intense journey moving from the USA to Portugal. We are at the end of recovering from jet lag and getting settled into everyday life in a foreign country. We start this video at the Jerónimos Monastery (Mosteiro dos Jerónimos). We then trek to visit a grocery store called Continente. Later in the week we visit the Campo de Ourique district and eat a vegan Pastéis de Nata. Michael finally gets a haircut and a beard trim. The much needed beard trimming is then celebrated with a cheeky half-pint of Guinness. It’s a day in the life type video. We are a family just trying to figure things out with zero energy this week in a beautiful new country. Enjoy, with love from Lisbon. Melissa, Michael, and Samantha.
