Since You Been Gone | INTERSTELLAR

Christopher Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer’ releases this July… His previous work, Tenet (2020) was an ambitiously mind-bending espionage thriller. Dunkirk (2017) was a brilliantly sustained war film. Both of these however, and now I fear ‘Oppenheimer’ too, will lack the sheer emotional through-line of Interstellar (2014), Nolan’s + Zimmer’s masterwork. I genuinely regard this as one of the greatest films, period — and no matter which project Nolan chooses to pursue next, and to whatever returns, it doesn’t really matter… He made Interstellar.
