In this video we challenged ourselves to try to pay our mortgage by flipping furniture. We've been talking a lot on our channel about how furniture flipping is one of the best side hustles you can do from home, so we wanted to put it to the test! The results were even better than we expected!

We love flipping furniture as a way to make extra cash and get our creative juices flowing. In this video we flipped a lot of different pieces of furniture to show you our process for each one and to see if we could pay our mortgage with the profits! Here's the number breakdown:

Mortgage: $872/month (Not including taxes or insurance)

Total Spent On Furniture: $324
Total Spent On Supplies(Cane, paint, etc...): $50
Total Sales Of Furniture: $1465
***NET PROFIT: $1091

As you can see, flipping furniture is a GREAT way to make extra cash and pay for luxuries or basic expenses if needed. We recently did a video explaining that furniture flipping could be a full-time job if you really wanted it to be. I think this video proves our point even further. That being said, we personally wouldn't want to flip furniture full time because of all the work involved.
