By using "the 50% rule" we can estimate that our net monthly income will be half of our gross rental income. Our gross rents are around $8000 so we can predict that we will net around $4000/month in net profit from our properties. In this video, we explain all the issues we've had so far this year and how our actual income is nowhere near the estimated amount.
