BLING your SHOES with RHINESTONES and GLITTER upcycle project

Hi all. In this video entitled "bling your shoes with rhinestones and glitter upcycle project" I show you how I added rhinestones (hot fix) to my very own canvas shoes as well as my son's. I added some glitter and made a cute little Pikachu image on my son's shoes and he absolutely loves it. This could easily be a project for school art or an art school project for kids aged 7 and up (just to ensure we have some control over the excitement of using glitter and glue as we know where that can lead us to). I also used some angelus leather paint to paint over the front of the shoes just to fill up some blank space on the shoes. Angelus leather paint is very pigmented and a little goes a long way so it is my choice of acrylic paint for any canvas or plastic and of course leather materials.
