Parenthood is never easy at the best of times - there are many challenges, different phases of a child’s life, lots of adjustments and patience needed. But things can get even more challenging when you find out your child has a disability.
This is what happened to Sera Johnston when her 13 month old daughter was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. She was plunged into a world that felt completely alien to her taking a toll on her mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. She also ended up being diagnosed with conditions of her own.

We then introduce a brand new segment of the show called Test the Trend with Psychologist Dr Audrey Tang and Brandy the dog.

Family coach Sharon Lawton will be speaking about how a family can come together and be stronger when faced with a diagnosis.

Nutritionist Hannah Richards will be showing us a simple-to-make lunch in a jar.
