San Antonio police are investigating a triple shooting on the southwest side outside a 24‑hour Walgreens at 138 Southwest Military Drive on late Sunday, March 29, 2026. Three men, ages 29, 23 and 17, were involved in a disturbance with unknown suspects when shots were fired. A SAPD park officer arriving on scene found the men had crashed into a business and began aiding them. The 29-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene, while the 23‑ and 17‑year‑olds were transported to a local hospital with life‑threatening injuries. There have been no updates on the others’ conditions, and the suspects remain at large as the investigation continues. After the shooting, the complainants reportedly crashed into Classic Collision at 1715 Southeast Military Drive, with a spokesperson for a sister shop at 3103 Southwest Military Drive confirming the incident and noting crews were cleaning up and the site was not open that day.
