Fitness Fun for College Park Families

Darwin Fitness Personal Trainer
Staying active together is a great way for College Park families to bond. Whether you are enjoying the shade at Dubsdread Golf Course or walking home from Princeton Elementary, fitness can happen anywhere. In my latest video, I share five simple ways to exercise with your children.
First, play catch. Use both hands to help your child develop better focus and coordination. Second, try pushups. If a standard pushup is too hard, use a chair for an incline version. Third, do froggy jumps. They are great for building explosive power and having fun. Fourth, practice balancing on one leg. Ask your child to close their eyes to make it a real challenge. Finally, go for a sprint. Running is the number one exercise for a healthy heart.
Darwin Fitness is a very short trip for 32804 residents. We are located just north of the College Park neighborhood. If you are coming from the Packing District or College Park Middle School, we are right around the corner. To find us from Orlando Avenue, drive west on Lee Road for about 0.8 miles. You will see our building on your left.
It is the perfect spot for families to reach their goals together.
