Ram Pump With No Pressure Tank! Will It Work?

The ram pump normally has a pressure tank to smooth out the output as well as hold back surges of pressure when the delivery pipe is opened. But what happens when the ram pump is run without a Pressure Tank? In this video I install a 1/2" ram pump and let it run for a while to get a base pressure. Then I run the pump with out a pressure tank to see what happens.
